New England Pale Ale

Apple Graf

Apple Graf is a beer + cider hybrid that utlizes apple cider in the boil to imbue a light sessionable ale with the fruity aroma and rich flavor of apples

For Eve, we used 50 gallons of local apple cider from Carson Orchards in Harvard, MA combined with saison yeast to create a light, dry and crisp rendition of this unique style.

Eve is an easy drinking and refreshing ode to fall in Massachusetts !

Double Dry Hopped New England IPA

Cortex is our second NEIPA, following Power Chord, brewed with our In-House yeast strain for a full-bodied pillowy mouthfeel, dry crisp finish and layers juicy flavor.

CoolPool additions of Citra + Strata and Dry-Hop additions of Citra + Nelson give Cortex an aromatic nose of white grape followed by luscious flavors of lychee, stone-fruit, pineapple and gooseberries.

Pumpkin Ale

For Techni-Gourd we added 80 lbs of real oven roasted sugar pumpkins to create this seasonal treat.

Delicately spiced and subtlety sweet due to additions of lactose, the flavors of roasted pumpkin are rich yet balanced against a grain bill of white wheat malt, flaked wheat and Nor'East Gold malt.

A light hazy orange color and medium body mean Techni-Gourd packs in the pumpkin flavor while remaining the perfect easy drinking beer for the chilly fall days ahead.

A Farmhouse Saison, Farmbot is brewed with Wheat Malt, Pacific Jade hops and Belle Saison yeast.

Farmbot presents a light body, high carbonation and supreme dryness. The Belle Saison yeast esters create a flavor palette of pear, peach and mild herbal spice.

Fest Bier is a traditional German lager originally brewed for the first Oktoberfest, held in October of 1810

The perfect balance between strength and drinkability, at 4.7% abv our Fest Bier drinks smooth and clean with a moderately malty backbone, very light hop character and golden amber color.

Brewed with Stonepath Pilsner and Vienna Malt our Fest Bier has flavors of lightly toasted bread, biscuit and a subtle caramel sweetness.

Served on Nitro for a smooth, creamy mouthfeel due to the micro-bubbles, C.A.S.E presents a beautiful white cascading head rising out of a dark brown body.

With a grain bill of Pale Ale Malt and Roasted Barley combined with East Kent Golding and Fuggle hops, C.A.S.E is a traditional Dry Irish Stout with flavors of coffee, chocolate and a mild caramel sweetness.
